Luxe Loom

About Luxe Loom

We sell handwoven and hand-embroidered Kashmiri apparel, bought direct from the loom.

What we sell

Kani sarees, sozni pashmina shawls, aari kurtis and tilla suit sets. Four techniques, each with its own timeline: aari fills a kurti yoke in weeks, a full-jaal kani shawl occupies a loom for the better part of a year.

Almost everything is one of one. That is not a marketing position, it is a consequence of the work — a hand-drawn design worked by a single pair of hands does not repeat exactly, and we do not ask it to.

Why the prices look the way they do

The dominant cost in every piece here is time. A kani weaver reading a talim can only move as fast as the notation and the bobbins allow, and going faster means the pattern drifts. When you compare two apparently similar shawls at very different prices, the variables that matter are technique, coverage and fibre — not brand.

Your actual story: when Luxe Loom started, who runs it, where you buy from, and how you work with the karkhanas. This page is where a customer decides whether to trust a ₹2.5 lakh purchase, and it cannot be written by anyone but you. (placeholder copy — needs real detail)
