What we collect on this website
Browsing the catalogue requires no account and collects no personal information. There is no sign-up, no newsletter form and no advertising or analytics tracker on any page.
When you press "Enquire on WhatsApp" we record which piece you enquired about and the time you did it, so we know what to talk to you about. We also keep a short-lived count of requests against your IP address, purely to stop the endpoint being abused. Neither of those identifies you by name.
What happens on WhatsApp
Pressing the button opens WhatsApp. From that point the conversation is between you and us on Meta’s platform, and it is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as ours. We will see your WhatsApp phone number and display name, because that is how WhatsApp works.
Anything you then send us for an order — your name, delivery address, and phone number — we keep only to fulfil that order and to meet our tax obligations.
Card details
We never see or store card details. There is no payment form anywhere on this website. Payment is arranged directly with you, and we do not ask for card numbers over WhatsApp either.
Who processes data for us
Vercel hosts this website and processes request logs. Neon hosts the database that holds the catalogue and enquiry records. Meta processes the WhatsApp conversation. That is the complete list — the site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party embeds.
How long we keep things
Enquiry records are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation you started earlier. Rate-limit counters expire within the hour. Where a sale happened, we keep the invoice for as long as Indian tax law requires us to, which is longer than we would otherwise choose and is not something we can waive.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp or write to the address on our contact page and we will answer within thirty days.
