Window and condition

How long, from delivery or from dispatch, and in what condition. Handwoven pieces are difficult to resell once worn, so the condition requirement matters more here than in ordinary retail.

What is excluded

Made-to-measure and commissioned pieces are normally non-returnable, because they cannot be sold to anyone else. That exclusion has to be stated before purchase, prominently, or it is not enforceable in practice.

Who pays return shipping

Different answers for a change of mind, a sizing exchange, and a defect. All three need stating.
