Where we deliver
Anywhere in India. Every one of the roughly nineteen thousand PIN codes in the country is served, including Army Postal Service addresses, where transit is slower and less predictable.
We do not currently ship outside India. If you are abroad and want a piece, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it rather than guess.
Dispatch and transit
Every piece on the site is finished and in stock, so nothing waits on a loom. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the sale being agreed, excluding Sundays and public holidays in Jammu and Kashmir.
Transit time depends on distance. The PIN code checker on each product page gives an estimate from the postal zone; north India is typically the fastest and the far south and north-east the slowest. Those figures are estimates, not guarantees — a courier delay, a strike or weather in the valley can move them, and we will tell you if that happens rather than let the date pass in silence.
Tracking
You get a tracking number on the WhatsApp thread where the sale was agreed, as soon as the parcel is handed over. If a parcel stops moving for more than three working days, message us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Delivery charges
Delivery cost within India is included in the price we quote you. There is no charge added afterwards — the figure agreed on WhatsApp is the figure you pay.
