The site currently claims "free insured shipping across India". Insurance on a ₹2.5 lakh parcel is a specific arrangement with a specific courier and it must exist before that sentence stays on the homepage.

International delivery and customs

Duties and taxes on import are payable by the recipient in almost every destination. This must be stated plainly before checkout, not discovered at the door.
