Nothing on this website forms a contract of sale. Listing a piece here is an invitation to enquire, not an offer — and pressing "Enquire on WhatsApp" does not buy anything or commit you to anything.
A sale happens only when we have agreed a specific piece and a specific price with you directly, in that conversation. Until then either side can walk away with no obligation.
Prices
No price is published on this site. We quote each piece individually because the figure depends on delivery and on any finishing you want, and because a one-of-one piece is not a line item with a standing price.
The price we quote you includes GST and includes delivery within India. It is the whole amount — we do not add charges later.
Availability
Almost every piece here is one of one. We keep the site current, but two people can enquire about the same piece within minutes of each other, and occasionally a piece is gone before we can update the listing. If that happens we will tell you straight away, and refund you in full if you have already paid.
Handmade variation
These are handwoven and hand-embroidered garments. Motifs will not be perfectly regular, stitch density varies across a piece, and the colour you see on a screen will not exactly match the colour in your hands. That is inherent to the work and is not a defect. We would rather describe it plainly than disclaim it — ask us anything you want to know about a piece before you buy, and we will answer honestly.
The photographs on this site
Product images are representative of the piece described. Where an image is a rendering rather than a photograph of the exact garment in stock, we will tell you so when you enquire, and we will send you photographs of the actual piece before you pay anything.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and you retain the right to approach the consumer forum with jurisdiction over your address.
