Refund policy

Timelines

Refunds are initiated through Razorpay and typically reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days. The initiation timeline — how long after approval you start it — is yours to state.

The sold-out case

Because almost every piece is one of one, two customers can occasionally pay for the same object moments apart. The system takes stock atomically so only one order can succeed, and the other is refunded in full automatically. This should be stated openly: it is a consequence of selling unique work, and handled well it builds trust rather than costing it.

Cancellations

Before dispatch and after dispatch are different cases, and a made-to-order piece already on the loom is a third.
